The women's lightweight Greyfield boot is made from ReBOTL™ fabric with at least 50% recycled plastic. Perfect for mid-season, it features a canvas upper with Defender Repellent Systems® anti-stain treatment for boots that are always like new. Workwear-inspired design with a utility-style touch.

Shipping and deliveries
The shipment of your parcel
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment and shipped in two ways:
- Standard delivery with DHL or UPS (delivery times from 24 to 72 hours) at the discretion of the carrier.
- Express delivery with DHL (delivery in 24h at a cost of €15)
If the order is placed before 12:30, from Tuesday to Friday, same-day shipping is also possible.
If you prefer delivery by a different courier and/or with a signature required, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include handling and packing charges and postage. In case of purchase of multiple products, we advise you to group your items in a single order so as to pay the shipping costs only once.
We use DHL and UPS with which it is possible to receive updates about the delivery date via email and text message which can be customized and changed through their portal.
The courier makes two delivery attempts, then leaves the package at a collection point (if unable to receive it, you can also opt for this option immediately), after which the package will be returned to us.
It is not possible to exchange your order for a different item, the refund will be processed first. Also for a different size, the shipping has to be paid again.
NB: CRUSH STORE is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
NB: In the event of a return, the extra costs (gift wrapping, international shipping, express shipping etc.) will not be refunded.
- In the event of return of a faulty, stained product, without a tag and/or unsuitable for sale for any reason,
CRUSH STORE may not refund the customer (who will be able to pay the shipping again to keep the item) or refund 30% of the order via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer more than 35 different payment methods including major providers such as Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and American Express as well as several local payment methods such as iDEAL, Sofort and others.
It is possible to pay in installments both with Klarna and with Paypal and by bank transfer.
Can I buy a product in another currency?
Of course, you can select the currency from our menu according to your preferences.
When you select your country in the country selector at the top right of the website or are taken directly to your country's version of the website, you will see prices listed in regional currency.
Can I change a confirmed order?
We do everything we can to fulfill your orders quickly, and unfortunately we cannot make changes such as adding/removing products and/or applying the welcome code (you can still use it for another order).
It's possible to change the delivery address within 30 minutes of confirmation.

When will I receive my order?
We will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably practicable. Orders are generally processed within 1-2 working days from the date of the order and delivered within 24/72h.
If you need to receive your order quickly you can pay an extra amount; write to our Customer Service and we will find the best solution!
NB: orders placed after August 4th will be processed in 5 working days.
How can I return my order?
We do not currently offer free returns. The shipping costs are therefore charged to the customer who will have 14 days from delivery to arrange for the return (use your user area and/or write to our Customer Service). We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered tracked service and obtain and retain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items not returning to stock.
All items must be intact, with a tag and free of any smell or perfume, otherwise they will not be refunded.
It is not possible to exchange your order for a different item, the refund will be processed first. Also for a different size, the shipping has to be paid again.
NB: Extra costs will not be refund (gift wrapping, express shipping, international shipping, etc...).
How will I be refunded?
The refund will generally take place within 2 working days from the return of the goods to the warehouse.
Only intact items, with tag and free of any smell and perfume will be reimbursed.
The refund will be credited via the same payment method used to place the order; in case of bank transfer, it will be necessary to provide an IBAN to receive the refund.
All extra expenses such as gift wrapping, express shipments and international shipments are excluded from the refund.
