The shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage.

CRUSH STORE is not responsible for any customs duty or import tax.

To change the size it is necessary to pay the shipping again.

The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
