How to return purchased products

To be able to return a product you need the authorization from Crush Store, if you have not already been authorized to return one or more products contact immediately our Customer Service.

The Customer has the right to withdraw, no later than 14 calendar days from delivery* (the delivery date shown on the courier's waybill is valid).

CUSTOMERS HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS

To change the size it is necessary to pay the shipping again.

Due to hygienic reasons, no returns or changes of swimwear and underwear will be made.

If you have already received the return authorization, below you will find all the practical and commercial information to make the return:

• Make sure you are authorized to return.
• Prepare the products to be returned in their original packaging (products without all original elements will not be accepted) accompanied by the relevant certificates of authenticity and purchase invoices.
• Insert the products to be returned in the original box / packaging or a similar or superior one in terms of safety.
• The products to be returned must in no way be folded during transport; Packaging that is too small leads to rapid deterioration of the materials, it is necessary to make sure that the products are flat. Otherwise the return will not be accepted.
• Seal the shipping packaging in order to prevent the products from spilling during transport.
• Make sure that the packaging is suitable for transport by courier (damaged or altered products will not be accepted).
• Print the address and affix it on the package, in a clearly visible position, making sure that the address is clearly legible.

Important:

The acknowledgment of the sender is essential, products received without information on the sender or order number or invoice number will not be accepted; the days available for withdrawal will continue to decrease until the complete receipt of all the necessary documentation.

All products returned without respecting the above guidelines will be kept by Crush Store (as a courtesy) in free temporary storage waiting for the customer to come to pick them up or send a courier to collect them.

The customer immediately frees Crush Store from any liability deriving from wear, damage, loss or theft of the products NOT suitable for return in temporary courtesy storage.
In case of a NOT suitable return, after 60 calendar days from receipt of the same, if the customer has not yet collected the package, it will be disposed of in landfill.

Those who cannot be classified as consumers are excluded from the legislative decree, i.e. those who act for purposes related to their professional activity, i.e. those who place an order indicating the VAT number for the invoice.

The Customer has the right to withdraw, within and no later than 14 calendar days from delivery (the delivery date indicated on the waybill is valid. of the courier).

The right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and all the goods purchased to the following address:

The communication can also be sent in advance via email, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. In case of applicability of the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return at his own expense all the items relating to the invoice as they are received and that is absolutely new, unused, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packaging ).

Failure to comply with these principles renders the right of withdrawal inapplicable.

For the return of goods, we advise our customers to use the insured express mail service which we believe to be faster, safer and cheaper or to contact one of the many couriers. We invite our kind Customers to collaborate with us following our procedure for sending returns and not to send us goods for which the right of withdrawal is not applicable.

In case of application of the right of withdrawal , once the goods have been received, the Crush Store will refund the entire amount paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs, within thirty days from the date on which the communication is received through the following methods: a change of goods, a bank transfer, the reversal of the handling relating to the payment made by credit card.

Attention: If the right of withdrawal is not applicable, the collection of the goods at our office will be the responsibility of the Customer .

WITHDRAWAL OF THE SUPPLIER

Crush Store, should it be unable to fulfill the requested order due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the ordered product, has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within
