How to return purchased products
The customer has the right to withdraw within and no later than 14 calendar days from delivery (the delivery date shown on the courier's waybill is valid).
The right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline by sending all the purchased goods to the following address:

The communication can also be anticipated via email to Customer Service or through your user area in the "Product Return" section.
The return of the purchased products is charged to the customer.
It is not possible to exchange your order for a different item, the refund will be processed first. Also for a different size, the shipping has to be paid again.
NB: Extra costs will not be refund (gift wrapping, express shipping, international shipping, etc...).
The refund is generally made within a maximum of 3 working days from the return of the package to the warehouse using the same payment method used at the time of purchase (for cash on delivery, this will be done by bank transfer). It is also possible to return the product in exchange for a voucher of the same value.
If you have already received the return authorization, below you will find all the practical and commercial information to make the return:
- Make sure you are authorized to return (you received the package no later than 14 days ago).
- Prepare the products to be returned in the original packaging (products without all the original elements will not be accepted) and with the labels in place.
- Insert the products to be returned in the original box/packaging or one equal or superior in terms of safety.
The products to be returned must not in any way be folded during transport; packaging that is too small leads to a rapid deterioration of the materials, it is necessary to ensure that the products are well spread out.
The products must not have any odor that could prevent their subsequent sale (smoke, detergents, etc.). Otherwise the return will not be accepted. Do not wash the products in any way.
Seal the shipping box to prevent the products from escaping in transit.
Make sure that the packaging is suitable for transport by courier (damaged or altered products will not be accepted).
Print the address and stick it on the package, in a clearly visible position making sure that the address is clearly legible.
To return goods, we advise our customers to use the insured Posta Celere service, which we believe is faster, safer and cheaper, or to contact one of the many couriers. We kindly invite our Customers to collaborate with us by following our procedure for sending returns and not to send us goods for which the right of withdrawal is not applicable.
In case of application of the right of withdrawal, once the goods have been received, Crush Store will refund the amount paid by the customer, including shipping costs (extra costs are excluded from the refund, e.g.: gift wrapping, express shipping, international shipping etc..) through the following methods: an exchange of goods, a bank transfer, the reversal of the handling relating to the payment made by credit card or PayPal.
Attention: If the right of withdrawal is not applicable, the collection of the goods at our office will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the withdrawal is exercised in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 21/2014 - in implementation of the directive 2011/83 / EU on consumer rights - which integrates the discipline established by the Consumer Code and reported in these general conditions, Crush Store will reimburse the sums already paid by the consumer free of charge in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days from the date of knowledge of the withdrawal, by transferring the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer if the customer provides the relative bank details.
WITHDRAWAL OF THE SUPPLIER
If Crush Store is unable to process the requested order due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the ordered product, it has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 30 days from the date of the order by providing the customer with a simple reasoned communication, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 206/05.
In this case, the customer will only be entitled to a refund of any sum already paid.
